I started taking this product about 2 weeks ago. I didn't notice any changes for the first few days except that although I am fairly regular I wasn't as regular as usual. After the first few days I did start to notice changes. My regularity came back, I started to feel lighter, I didn't feel as bloated and I felt like I had a bit more energy than usual. All in all I'd say it has been a decent experience.

Took 1 a night for a few days, the first day I did go but had terrible cramps, then it didn't seem to do anything so I started taking 2 and at first seemed to help a little but still a lot of cramping so I stopped taking it. I'm sure it might work for other people but not me.

I take it everyday, just like it says on the bottle label, let me tell you, it is what the doctor ordered or as the saying goes.After being irregular for a long time, I know I have found what I have been lacking all this time.It is very mild at stool time, and to think all I had to do was to take it at bedtime, how convenient!!Thanks,Tony Gonzalez

Works but not so gentle. I have to stay home the day after I take this, close to a bathroom! Definitely works!

I cannot say enough about the Colon Cleanse! I have been using it every other day, and the weight loss has been like clock work. A couple 8 oz glasses of "clean water" no other additives and I feel so much better, lighter, and down a few pounds!! I am 50th and things are slower, so I have more energy, strength, and no longer sluggish. Thanks Sarah and Omega Soul!!

I take the Herbal Colon Cleanse with the Garcinia Cambogia. It's easy on my system and helped me become regular and predictable. Before taking this product I was irregular and unpredictable.

Didn't take but a few pills. This is method is not for me.

This product states it will help with cleaning out your colon. I did not see any results from using this product for 2 weeks. So I have stopped and would not recommend it to others.
