Bought this for my husband . He uses it as his garage chair . Very comfortable .

Heavy duty, heavy, and fold out leg piece is worthless.
I go to the beach if not every month, every other month. I always buy the same style chairs (Tommy Bahama/low profile/backpack style) and they generally last me 2-3 years. Recently i tossed them all in the trash and decided it was time to upgrade to a more durable chair. I’m 250lbs and could careless about the built in shoulder straps or cooler etc..I have a beach cart and i carry on it a total of 4 beach chairs. This will lead me to my first complaint on this chair for the following reasons:1. It’s super heavy compared to any other chair. No problem, I wanted a more heavy duty chair so I’ll just carry it separate! Wrong. The built in strap is worthless. The chair will not stay folded up and it’s just awkward to carry.2. When I did put it on my beach cart, there’s no easy way to secure the headrest. When hauling on a beach cart you hang the chair upside down, therefore the headrest just flops so I had to use a bungee cord to find a way to secure it.On the beach:1. Sitting in the chair without the leg rest the chair is very comfortable. I do however wish it went back further.2. The leg piece that folds out is a joke. Not only for myself, but also my wife who’s much smaller than me. Even she said it hurt her leg. Seems like there would be some sort of padding on the leg rest part. Overall annoying. Also trying to get it folded out/in is a pain. Takes both hands and your foot just to get it positioned. I also worry how long this part will hold up.To recap it’s a nice chair and super heavy duty. While it may work for many, unfortunately it’s not for me and for all of these reasons I’m having to return it.

Chair is heavy and hard to use footrest.
purchased this chair due to its height and the fact that it has a footrest (FR) I had intended to use it as a beach chair but it is entirely too heavy. I gave it 2 stars because you have to push in a button on each side of chair to raise or lower the FR.. so you really need a third hand to raise it while holding in the buttons. Unless I was doing something wrong this is impossible.
