The Uncanny X-men Omnibus Vol. 3

I LOVE comics. And unfortunately, they were lost over the years. This gave me a chance to reread these epic stories all over again and with the plus being in one bound volume. How Spectacular is that? Thank you for this. It came undamaged shrink-wrapped and in mint condition for its 7lbs sive book. LoL.

Wow, what can I say? It's perfect. The actual quality of this book is astounding - the binding, the cover, especially the printings on the inside. It looks SO good. It's such a pleasure to read comic books this way. All in order. With amazing illustrations and colors...they even included some letters to the editor and a glossary in the back, with lots of nice extras. Gotta say, as my first X-Men Omni this DOES NOT disappoint at all. I will buy them all!

Now this is my era! I recall saving ALL of my dinner money so I could nip out after school and purchase my comics. The mid 80s were THE era for X. Poor old Madelyn Pryor, destined for Goblin Queen madness, but here she's a fully realised human, who just happens to be the spit of Jean. Would love to have seen the actual storyline Claremont had planned. Buy it buy it and immerse yourself in grand, classic storytelling.

Eu li essas histórias na época que foram lançadas. Muitas referências explícitas ( quase copiando) a Alien, Star Wars e tudo o mais que era moda na época. E muito dramalhão mexicano! Rs. Mesmo assim, diversão garantida. Claremont conta histórias de vários coadjuvantes e da profundidade aos seus personagens, coisa que ninguém fazia na época. Você fica querendo acompanhar todas as HQs porque, apesar de cada HQ ter uma história que termina na própria edição, tem histórias maiores, que envolvem muitos personagens, com viloes muita vezes ambíguos, o que deixa tudo muito mais interessante. Nesse arco, vemos como Vampira se transformou se vilã para membro do X-Men depois de roubar os poderes de Carol Danvers, a Miss Marvel. Recomendo!

Para todos los fans de los mutantes nuevos o ya no tanto, es un libro indispensable en su coleccion, no se arrepentiran de tenerlo en sus manos.
