Beautiful, inexpensive, and versatile
Very pretty with a nice deep navy blue color, which is both colorful but also neutral enough to go with a lot of things. We chose these to compliment a very colorful serving dish brought back from Turkey and a subtle but very geometric wood serving tray we got in Japan. For the Turkish dish, it compliments, but does not compete with it; for the tray, it gives a nice bold pop of color. All in all, very versatile.We also purchased the rice bowls, which are on the small side of usual American bowls, as well as the tea set, the teacups of which we are using to hold side dishes (bean sprout salad, kimchi, that sort of thing). Obviously these are not being sold as dinner plates, but they've worked out well for that purpose when used in concert with the bowls and teacups; obviously this will only work though for people who have already made the switch to salad-sized plates. I have a small kitchen, and have now found myself with considerably more freed-up cabinet space since swapping these for my old dishes.My kids (almost 4 and 6) are getting a kick out of using something so grown-up and civilized, and at this price point, I don't mind that they might get broken.All in all, very pleased, and it was nice that it arrived in such a pretty box.

Beautiful plate set!
This sushi plate set is absolutely gorgeous. I love the color and design! I bought it for 3 friends of mine who love having sushi dinners. The customer service from the company was amazing as well. UPS caused a shipping hiccup and the company got on it right away and got me a replacement shipment as well as opened the case with UPS to track there the package was. I had a response from them within the hour of my contacting them. Amazing people to work with! I highly recommend ordering!

At the price, it is good quality. Comes in a nice box making it easy to gift. Very happy with this purchase.

It made a great gift
It came complete and wrapped several times in bubble wrap. Beautiful in person the chopsticks are also beautiful it was a wonderful gift.
