This hat does exactly what I wanted it to do. It keeps the sun off my neck and my face. I spray a little bit of insect repellent on the cloth drop down in the back of the hat and it keeps all the mosquitoes away from my face. Perfect for fishing and working in the lawn.

Easy to fit and size to your own head size. Lightweight and breathable. Tail piece is excellent to keep the sun off your neck. Provides sun and rain protection. Looks good and can be used in all conditions due to the draw cord. Well worth the cost!

I really like this hat it's a very pretty color it's good protection the only problems I have are the liner under the brim always flops down and looks stupid if you don't think to tuck it under manually and the front brim is a bit wider than the rest of it so it's not something most men would want to wear it's fine for me as a woman.

It's light and I feel secure from the sun with it on. Ive been hollar'ed at in jest for this hat so prepare for to grab attention some unwanted and some wanted. The back flap is unnoticeable while wearing it. It does tend to fly off in the wind but the chin strap works well. It's not very durable from like use I've pulled on some of the back part but it's not bad.It's breathable. You have a sense of being in the shade while wearing it. It does get rather bothersome while working but it's be great for sitting or walking.

We bought this hat on a whim for my husband’s Mission Trip. We weren’t sure how it was going to hold up, but it worked really well for a week of construction in the July Dominican heat! We bought the orange and khaki and both were fantastic and just like the picture! It fit my husband really well. It kept the sun off his neck and face and wasn’t hot like some of the other fishing hats can be. It also dried really quickly!

If you need protection from the sun, this is a good choice. Very light, very effective. You might look goofy, or like you just got out of the French Foreign Legion, or like you just replaced Bear Grylls as host of some show (probably for the best), but you'll be protected and comfortable. If I were working landscaping, farming, roofing, or anything else out in the blazing sun all day, this would be my choice.
