I ordered this item to restock my kitchen. I did not open it or the other small kitchen appliances until my new cab. and flooring were installed. when I did open them... I put them in my cupboard. 2 weeks later I took the blender out to use and it leaked all over my counter, down the front of my cab. and onto my floor. (what was going to be rootbeer milkshakes) I returned it and received a new one the next day (which was wonderfully fast)... but only had 24 hours to make the return... with the new one, I discovered there was a rubber seal that was missing from the first one. I will never hold the items to keep them new..and was disappointed that I had to add another stress factor to my day by taking off work early to get to the UPS store before closing.

This blender works good and is a good value. Mixes up my shakes well, diswaster safe, not too loud.

I bought it for my mom she loves it, the plastic jar is easy for her to handle. I prefer the glass jar which I have it.

I don't know how much it cost them to design this, but it is an epic waste of money. Literally the worst blender I have ever owned. 1. It is SOO heavy that only the strong wristed will be able to use. It is a very thick, heavy glass. If you drop it (and you will) it will do damage. 2. The lid is SOO tight that you have to use substantial muscle to pry it off, which will cause you to slip and spill. 3. The lid has so many cracks and crevices that it is a nightmare to clean. 4. The bottom part that unscrews so the blades can be cleaned is so large that you can't get a grip to unscrew it. 5. It leaks from the bottom seal, probably because of number 4.Seriously, give it as a gift to someone that you don't like.

This could have been much better with a glass reservoir and a better lid. It does what I bought it for but i predict a short life for it due to the cheapness of the plastic

I love this blender. I use it to make fruit smoothies but is awesome to cut anything, great product.
