Traditional Spanish recipes
I bought the book for a friend, after reading the good reviews. But only when it arrived, I could see all the recipes. I am from Spain and I can say all those recipes exist in our traditional cuisine. Each of them is properly explained, including interesting facts and tips. All dishes come with nice pictures. I'm considering buying one book for myself.

Großartig, vor allem authentisch.
Bin viel in Spanien unetrwegs und koche auch gerne spanisch. Die Rezepte sind zu 99% authentisch - nicht einmal die Menge Olivenöl wurde für den nordeuropäischen Gaumen reduziert. Im letzen (Spezial-)Kapitel kommen sogar ein paar Gerichte, die vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache sind (heftig Innereien...). Schöne Bilder, sehr gut erklärte Rezepte, gute Auswahl - hätte es nicht besser machen können.
