Good quality line. It is smooth and consistent diameter. Knot strength appears solid.

Thin braid
Diameter of this braid is really thin it’s easy to cast as great knot strength and last so long keeps color well to highly recommend.

Compares Nicely to 832
Quality braid at a solid price. I have been using 832 + leader for several years on spinning reels. This is a very, very similar handling line to the Sufix. Note the slight diameter difference between the two in certain strength ratings and order by diameter rather than by listed line weight. For example, if you like how 10lb 832 handles, you may like 15lb J-Braid. It will be much more supple than Fireline or regular PowerPro. Line twist and tip wrapping will happen with the lighter offerings when using some twitch lures like flukes.UPDATE 01.18.2019Color has held up well in comparison to other braids. Moving forward, I will be using the Daiwa braid on all my spinning applications where applicable.

Soft, Smooth, but low Durability compare with others major competitors
I spooled 165 yds 20lbs test on my Ocea Jigger 1501 (Max drag 13.2 lbs)for slow pitch jigging in Gulf of Mexico. I could easily handle 10+ pounds red snapper without any problems. However, it broke in the middle while I flighting with something big. I also have the similar issue with the 8 lbs test J-Braid in spring time white bass fishing. The line goes fuzzy very soon after it lost the super thin coating. So, please remember check your J-Braid line very often, especially after tangled with others' fishing line or structures.

Love Daiwa J-Braid
There’s no better braid on the market in my opinion, great knot performance and no wind knots ever. I’ve also never lost a fish to the line failing. Will be a customer for life!

Daiwa SAGLD20H
65lb 330yd fills the reel with around 50yd left over. Fairly abrasion resistant some color comes off but there's no waxy residue. Maxcuatro is still the king of braid but this J-Braid is 8/10 and much cheaper and soft on the hands.

Excellent Line
Smooth silky and tough. What else can you ask for in your line

Smooth
The sound tells how much friction you have and Diawa J8 is silent when reeling in.Smooth casting and consistency with the construction means that you won't have to worry about any weak spots when your bringing in that memorable catch. It does loose the color so keep a dark green marker handy to touch it up once in a while.

Excelente línea trenzada
Es una línea muy resistente.

Too frail
Gets easily tangled and too frail (breaks easily) if you apply any tension to pull a knot out.
