Is the nib hooded as in the photos? All the other photos I've seen of the 9009 show the nib fully exposed.
Can the hood be removed to allow a replacement nib to be installed? Or can the nib be replaced with the hood in place?
Does cap hold onto barrel-end OK while writing? Just got my 1st Jinhao (a 250) and cap doesn't grip, falls off easily.
