Creative Co-Op, Plaster Finish Resin Female Body Figure on Metal Stand

My package not only arrived promptly, but it was packaged very well. Once removed, I was shocked at the size. I do read measurements, but it just seemed much bigger which I did not mind at all. This piece was very affordable and really does look well with the arrangement I intended on putting it in. The shape is within proportion to the design and I have to say it looks lovely next to an actual real antique statue. I would say if you are on the fence about this purchase...don't be. It's lovely. Pictures to come. Oh, one more very important point colour, it has a reach creme color and has a black metal stand. Less is more; it is simple yet elegant.

Coming from a professional fine artist here with knowledge of art history: this is a fantastic piece. Was skeptical but beyond pleasantly surprised. The stand design is perfectly understated and stable; very sturdy when assembled. It’s exquisite. The light and subtle shadows accentuate this beautifully observed female nude; one that is based on found relics of antiquity. Note when threading the stand into the bottom of the leg it may first go in a little crooked or get stuck. Gently reverse and remove, than insert again and gently screw all the way till the threads disappear). Quite frankly I’m shocked at the quality for the price. This reproduction makes real fine art accessible to people…we in the United States are a visually deprived nation. Even though we have ample access to it.

Was afraid a nude might be a bit too much. But this is so clearly a classical approach, like a Roman statue.

I was very surprised about how lightweight it is and I wanted the color to be a little less sepia and a little more grayish so I just got a natural sponge and some acrylic paints from the hobby store and wet the sponge and dabbed all over the little statue till I was happy with the colors. It turn out beautifully!

This figurine is made with quality, looks very fancy/museum like. Love the color and def recommend-see pic!

This piece did not disappoint. I love it. This form was much larger in size than I anticipated. The pictures shown make it look much smaller. This is a great piece at a great price. You cannot tell it’s resin unless you looking at closely.
