Works great with Velcro!
I needed some carpeting that Velcro would work with and this is perfect. The "hook" side of hook-and-loop fasteners attaches to this carpet easily. Glue it up and stick your velcro stuff to it.

Had to heat the edges a little bit to keep it from shredding off.
