RESTCLOUD Neck Stretcher for Neck Pain Relief, Upper Back and Shoulder Relaxer for Muscle Relax and Spine Alignment, Cervical Traction Device Adjustable 4 Level

At first opening it, my first thought was this thing was cheap and flimsy, id already decided I was returning it. Then I decided to try it first. Man, this thing stretched my neck and upper back in places I'd forgot about....felt so good I decided to keep it...cheap plastic and all.

PROBABLY AN OK PRODUCT.I FOUND IT UNCOMFORTABLE TO USE AND ONLY USED IT TWICE

For me, this product did not work. Well, I did give it to a friend and he said it helped him.If you are a petite person, this product may not fit your shoulders and neck.

The product is flimsy and broke within 3 minutes of me using it. Does nothing for your back and really sucks trying to use it for your neck because how cheaply made this thing is.If you have a small child that needs this, then ya, could work. But anyone over 80lbs IS NOT going to like this. The lower back one stretcher is also coming today and I really hope it's not as crappy as this one.Overall, this is the worst product I have ever bought from amazon and amazon needs to reconsider allowing this company to scam people with GARBAGE products.

While playing a game of pool for the first time in many years, I found myself struggling to look up enough to see across the table while leaning over to shoot. The top of my spine had curved into a small hump that was forcing my neck and head down. It was pretty scary, so I started working on correcting my posture. Most of the other posture aids I saw wouldn't help my particular issue - the top of the spine. I don't think this stretcher is uncomfortable to lie on, but I have been rolling on a foam roller for years, only with nowhere near the result. By lifting my butt off the ground, I use my body weight to create a "rolling on a tennis ball" type of pressure that really loosens up the knotted muscles surrounding the top of the spine. I used to say that this area was where I carried all of my anxiety and I suffered from a lot of tension headaches. Turns out it was my spine was slowly curving into a pretzel that had my neck all locked up. All of that tension is gone, the hump has disappeared and although it will probably always want to curve, daily use of the neck stretcher seems to be solving the problem. My increased range of motion has been nothing short of astounding.

Pros: blue piece made it more comfortable, company was kind and send a replacement part when neededCons:- It feels very precarious to force this plastic to bend FAR to get into the taller notch settings. It'd fit in, jiggle/press to make sure it was good... then lay my upper back on it and BAM! The whole top part shot out then collapsed, scaring the crap out of me! There really needs to be some kind of latch/velcro something to make sure it doesn't spring out!- didn't really feel a stretch in upper back nor neck. I work at a computer all day and thought this would help my back/neck pains but it didn't. The only thing I actually felt was in my shoulder/chest if I had my arms directly out to the sides and down to the floor. I could just hang an arm off the side of my bed for the same effect for free.Original order didn't get delivered (driver issue, not this company's fault).then requested replacement via Amazon. The package only contained the top piece. I emailed company (got email from questions above I think) and they quickly responded and were nice. I got the next package very quickly and not only did they give the replacement piece but ALSO an entire additional set! Company is good... product not so great.

I love this product! It really helps with my cervical condition, it helps to relieve the stress and really stretch my neck and shoulder area. I suffer from a lot of neck and shoulder pain after over 20 years in the military and I would recommend this product to others who suffer from the same! It was a little painful with the first few stretches, which is to be expected for some people, but after loosening up by doing short repetitions of 5-10 second stretches, it really helped release a lot of tension and realign my neck with traction. You can always adjust it to make it as comfortable as possible and to give yourself more or less stretch and traction.Great customer service, Linda reached out to me personally to be sure I was satisfied with the order! For years, maybe decades, I have had a painful knot at the base of my neck, between neck and right shoulder. Heat would sometimes help but it would never go away. Probably from using a computer all day and sitting with a phone or book all night. This neck stretcher really works on that knot! I can feel it deeply stretching my neck and shoulders out. And that stretch feels great! The first night I used it, I woke up with less neck shoulder pain than ever. Definitely recommend.

I love this thing it totally stretches my neck out. my neck was supper tight on the right side and I could barley look over my shoulder, even with a tens machine special for the neck. The only thing I don't like are the hard bumps on it that are for massaging your neck, however my roommate loves the hard bumps. I use a thick fluffy towel soften them and it works perfect.

This product says what it does but for the price, you could just hang your head over a sofa or roll up a towel and get the same relief .. if I had trialed it first , I probably wouldn’t have gotten it

I suffer from upper back and neck pain due to computer usage. I have been undergoing physiotherapy treatment so have been doing stretching and other exercises along with using massage balls. It all helps but there was still a lingering pain until I bought this neck stretcher. Ever since I started using it ( around 3 weeks now), I feel much better. I use it to relax my neck every hour (may vary for someone else). Would definitely recommend it but if it hurts stop using it. It works for me!One thing I didn't like was that it felt a bit hard at the neck so I put a towel over it before using. Work well without any discomfort.
