I bought this for my papa, the battery didn’t even lost long it’s been stuck on 10% for days now. It’s not even charging, I tried everything but the results ended the same. We literally cannot take the computer off the charger cause it would die. I wouldn’t recommend this battery.[UPDATE]Ok so we did return the battery and they sent a replacement. The replacement battery is working great, the whole return segment was quick and easy. The seller was kind enough to send a email to see if the replacement was working just fine! If there is a problem with the battery not charging than be sure to check ur ac adapter battery! Anyways my papa’s computer is working great with the new battery and charger! This seller is trustworthy I would recommend!

Bought one 6/2022, no longer chargeable on 3/2024, but worked great with daily use. Can't remember for sure but I think started at about 6 hours for a full charge, then down to about 3 hours towards the end. For $27, that's ok, so I bought another, and expect to replace my laptop in 2 years or so. I have a Dell w/2 GHz Intel processor, 8G ram, running Windows 10 Home.

The media could not be loaded. The quality is great for the price! Makes my laptop battery last longer. It was really easy to instal. Compatible with my dell!

I've purposely waited to write a review so as not to make assumptions or false predictions, but this battery has been a big disappointment. I have a Dell Inspiron 3558 running Windows 10 and use my laptop for what I would call "normal" office work (writing, correspondence, social media, school work). No gaming, intensive graphics, apps, etc. This battery replaced the original that came with my laptop from the factory, and initially I was pleased: I had two hours of battery life per charge again, and things were back to routine. I began using this SLE-TECH battery upon receipt in November of 2020. By February of 2021, I felt like I was having to charge it more often than usual, but chalked it up to writing for longer stretches during the day. By May, I was definitely charging more frequently, and as soon as I would unplug the AC adaptor after a charge, the battery would immediately say "90% battery power remaining." A little over an hour later, I was tethered to the AC adaptor for a recharge. My son had been using my laptop, as he was finishing papers for graduation, so again I chalked it up to more usage (ignorance is bliss, as they say). Because life is busy and attention pulled in myriad directions, when my laptop would say "plug me in," I'd plug her in and move on to my next task, occasionally fussing but not considering the fact that I should not be doing this with a new battery. I finally got the message when two weeks ago, the time between the first warning of "your laptop power is low" and the five or so minutes later warning of "your laptop power is dangerously low" had suddenly shortened to about thirty seconds. If I failed to immediately plug in my power adaptor, my laptop would completely shut off. Cue this morning, when I was greeted by the dialog box declaration that my battery had experienced a fatal power failure, was no longer viable, and the next time I unplugged my AC adaptor my laptop would shut down. So here I am, writing this thesis to warn others NOT to purchase this battery (unless you like purchasing batteries yearly). It could only be me, but the factory battery I had from Dell lasted nearly five years; the one I purchased from SLE lasted about three months before it began to deteriorate, slowly and sneakily leaching its life over the next eight months. Now, nearly one year to the day (11/1/20-11/28/21) - which is, coincidentally, the warranty - I am in need of a new laptop battery. I won't be repurchasing this model.

Battery fits in great and also has good battery life but it does charges off and on as it would start to charge then stop would have to pull out the adapter then put it back in at least once are twice then it charges but the next thing it does not power on the laptop when booting from the battery

Had to cram it in. But it works. One one side, the corner sticks out some and on the other side the edge is not flush. but it works and it charges. And it cost about 30% of what the Dell issued battery would have cost. You get what you pay for.
