A good cabinet for the price
We're happy with this cabinet and would recommend. The 2 reviews I read weren't good so I was hesitant to buy this. But other sites had 4 star reviews.First, it is a wood product (mostly plywood). I did not want another cabinet with particle board sides because our existing vanity is crumbling in places. It was easy to assemble. My only recommendation is to loosen the screws on the pre-installed brackets, then align the holes and install the 2 screws per bracket, then re-tighten the 3 screws on the other part. Doing this will pull the cabinet sides/front/back together.

SUCKS!!! DO NOT BUY!
Nothing lined up correctly and the predrilled holes weren’t even in the correct spots. This is the worst product I have ever bought. DO NOT BUY! WASTE OF MONEY!

Made of real plywood, not mdf, but parts don't fit together, and damaged
I started putting the cabinet together, and followed the instructions, using glue to first attach the two side panels to the front panel. Then I slid the floor panel in and it was too long to fit. I guess I could have trimmed it but I would have had to go buy a saw blade or find someone to cut it for me. Also, I then noticed the side panels had damage. The cabinet arrived in an oversize and torn box. i should have just returned it right away, as in hindsight it was obviously an item that had been returned once already, and then was sold to me as new. Since I had used glue I was unable to remove the side panels from the front panel, and was unable to return the item. $200 out the window because, disgusted with this cabinet which is actually made of real plywood (so that's a plus) but is a very sloppy product (you get what you pay for) I got a different cabinet from Lowes, and will try to sell this one for a pittance, or donate it. If you do buy this cabinet, just inspect everything before you put it together, don't use glue until you're sure it all fits; also be aware that you may have to do some trimming, and that the screw holes may not line up with the hardware, so you may need to drill some new holes. Maybe you will be lucky and get one that is brand new.

Disappointing to say the least
OMG! Talk about your pain in your butt vanity. First of all, it came without instructions, NONE!!! Different screws you have to just guess where they belong, pre drilled holes that don't align with the hardwares, pre drilled door holes that's not drilled out all the way, so yes had to take out my drill and finish the job, also why in the hell is there a back board oppose to a support piece of wood? Why place a board where the water pipes should enter? Again had to saw out a piece of that back board to make room for those water pipes. I spend hours assembling this vanity and just guessing how it is assembled. NOT WORTH THE TIME!!

Don't rely on instructions!
I just received this cabinet today and assembled it. It's easy to assemble and of course I would suggest using good wood glue and clamps. The cabinet is quality made with all plywood construction and fit with finish is very good! The only caveat is...the metal clamps inside of the cabinet are covered with (in this case) black plastic covers. These covers need to be removed as the instructions do not specify this to expose the screw holes. I suspect the covers are in place to protect the product during shipping. Speaking of...it was packaged very well. I would recommend this product from this manufacturer!

Cheap material - poor quality
Arrived broken, thinner side plywood and poor quality. Pre-holes don’t align with the bracket. At least not MDF. They used 7/16” thick plywood for the cabinet. Not time to send it back.
