No this is not a fake review. I am just a regular guy but I noticed more and more in my late 30s I have pain in my gums on the top right side of my mouth. I went to the dentist and they suggested a bunch of procedures. I googled natural mouth washes and stumbled upon this. At first it did not seem to do much because I would fill the cap of the bottle about a quarter of the way. I guess it just was not enough to soak the top right side of my gums. I then decided to fill the cap about 90 percent and then it finally made a real difference. Within 3 days the pain in my gums went away. Yes it is slightly more expensive than normal mouth washes but I don't care because it actually works when used correctly. It is the reason I took the time to write this very long review which I normally NEVER do. I just hope others see it who have gum pain or issues and use it.

De caracter mentolado a su vez suave. Llevo muchos años utilizando y mi boca la noto limpia. Encias libres de inflamación dientes libres de sensibilidad o sarro.Tal vez són blanquear, los dientes mantienen un aspecto limpio color propio.2 veces al dia. Ni menos ni más, en exceso alguna vez he tenido llaga.
