I’m not sure what Brainiac is running this company but it appears they should be in another position.It’s seems like the conference room discussion is “we have a great product but what can we do to sabotage our own sales”. It’s ridiculous.I have ordered 3 batches now trying to get a complete alphabet and a fricken E. There is no reasoning to what you receive.Your machine is making 1 letter at a time no doubt. How difficult is it to dump it into one bin and then start the next letter and repeat. Then when you package the product, you take 2 of each letter (would take less than a minute to do) and put them in the plastic container. It appears what you are doing is dumping every letter into one giant bin and then someone grabs two handfuls and puts them in the packaging. This system will not get you far because when people order products with the alphabet, they typically want a full set or specific letters. You would have greater sales if you sold the complete alphabet as a set.FYI - If you need a new CEO to help increase sales, I’m available.For the customers out there, the beads are a nice product. Well made, good weight to them and look great. However, if you are working on a project that requires a specific letter or a few specific letters, good luck! It’s really a crap shoot and you will have to order multiple sets to accomplish your goal.

Not all the letters of the alphabet.

Shady. Item sold by weight. Found many stones in these bags. Thought little of it. Finding stones inside the spacers themselves.Plain beads however have scratches and appear tarnished. There are too many of those.Silver color overlayed pewter tarnishes permanently when worn against the skin.

Beads came incomplete with missing letters. My specific set did not include “I’s” or “R’s”.
