Even though this is designed to clean the whole coffee maker, I only used it on the pot. Letting the water mixed with the appropriate amount of cleaning solution sit in the pot for about an hour was enough to remove all the stubborn coffee stains in the pot. I did use a round sponge scrubber on an long handle to reach all the areas of the interior because it was not possible to reach in with my hand. Overall, I was very happy with the final result.

I was surprised how amazingly this worked! My pot somehow got very stained and nothing would clean it. I was worried I'd have to replace it and got this as a last try. It made it so shiny that I had to polish the rest of my coffee maker! It all looks so great now!

Wow, did an amazing job. The before picture is after cleaning with soap, vinegar, and CLR. I was getting a really bad taste from coffee made in the pot and no amount of normal cleaning made much of a difference. One treatment for half hour did the trick with bar keepers friend. Very happy with the results.

Loved how easily it removed the oily residue along with the descaling. Pour it in and let it work. Definitely worth trying.
