Wonderful knife
I love a bird's beak knife for peeling. I lost my other one and have order one for replacement that didn't like at all. Decided to give this one and try and so glad I did. It is very sharp and fits my hand perfectly. Peeling is a pleasure again. Thanks to the makers. The blade is small and very accurate.

Sharp Little Knife
This is one sharp knife to say the least. Has a good quality German steel blade so it should last forever.

Very small
It is extremely sharp right out of the gate.Keep the paper sheath it comes in.It will slice though almost anything it comes into contact with… including your knife bag.Maybe I have giant sausage fingers, but this knife is small. I use it for peeling citrus and shaving ginger/garlic, and it is wonderful for that.

Replaced a Vitrinox
I accidentally threw my vitrinox cherry wood handled bird beak paring knife in the trash with what was in my hand and didn't realize it. I was disappointed that I could not find another one. Ordered this with reservations but it turns out it's a really good knife. Needless to say I am very careful with it as well. Would highly recommend this as a replacement if needed.

Defected, rough edge and not sharp
Items is defected, not as described: the edge is like unfinished product, rough and uneven; part of knife is dull. This item should not be sold to customers. This is a COPY CAT of famous brand Solingen.

Best knife I own
This knife is easy to hold. It is wicked sharp. I love it. I never knew the joy of using a sharp knife before.
