Q: does this ship from usa based vendor?

Just dont load it with drinks. Mine ripped pretty quick. its not that sturdy to hold things that are heavy like drinks from a grocery store.

Q: Does this organizer come with the lid cover ?

Mine did not have a lid cover but when I purchased mine I don't recall that being a g=feature. I can tell you I have mine for well over a year and it is still in perfect condition despite have a ton of stuff in it. I like it still.
