First time used and proved successful
Tried out some gluten free recipes in advance of visitors and used the masa harina to make tortilla wraps. They were well received by all who ate them.

Get the recipe right (look online) and you’ll have a tasty substitute for wheat tortillas

Tricky to work with
Made tortillas but awkward to work with as it doesn't hold together like flour does. Tasted ok though, must need more practice

Good flavour
I made tortillas with this flour and found it is a little harder to use than wheat flour. The texture is more crumbly so it can feel like the dough is coming apart (if that makes sense).I ended up adding a little more water and then it came together better. I’m wondering about adding a little cornstarch next time to see if that helps.Flavour is good, milder than the blue version. I have tried before.My only real complaint is the cost. I can’t see why this should be so expensive compared to wheat flour?
