Nintendo 3DS AC Adapter

Genuine Nintendo charger. I had to open this one up and check because I received it without the box sure enough it’s OEM. You can actually tell by the type of torx security screws that Nintendo uses on them. I will post a picture of this one compared to a non genuine one that I purchased few days ago that failed after 1 day. First photo is the one I got from this listing. It outputs the correct voltage and it's not as flimsy as the knock off charger. I will get a spare one just to have in case one fails or gets lost. If you care about your device get this charger 100% would recommend.

The box lists all the different versions of 3DS it works with it. This is very good and must buy if you need a power plug! The box lists: New Nintendo 3DS XL, New Nintendo 2DS XL, Nintendo 3DS XL, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo 2DS.

Good works great came in the package as new charger. Not a reman or fake one. And I only bought this because I lost the original years ago and then I lost a spare one that I had that also worked for the DS light so had to fix it somehow

5 stars for now unless it just stops working on me later down the road. It arrived quickly and Un damaged .My one flaw is that it doesn't stay in well enough and fits loosely so it's prone to fall out if your trying to strech the cord out you know charge and play at the same time . My last one didn't have this problem I don't think my port is damaged so I assume it's the cord but im not exactly for sure though that's just my opinion so I suggest you read the other reviews and see if they mention the same thing or not .Now for some advice to save you from possible headaches- I bought this because the cord i got with my 3ds just stopped working on me while I had it charging . I have some speculations but I'm not exactly sure of the cause I would suggest tie your cords up loosely so you don't damage it and just consider it more when you charge . where you charge it . like if the outlet may have surge problems or if you should use a surge protector power strip . I was charging it at work and it didn't occur to me this could be a problem and I used one of their outlets and now that I think of it I lost a cell phone at work also while I had it charging. it just started shutting down and I had to replace it . As soon as I would restart it , it would just shut down I'm just sharing this so that it might help you from the same issue . It's not fun having to replace things or waste money.

I'm glad that I finally found a good charger for my devices. Most of the third party chargers are trash and break within 5 business days, so I was really shocked when I found one sponsored by Nintendo. I only wish that since the devices are 8-10 years old, that the charger was a little cheaper than the asking price but all in all, it gets the job done.
