Fast shipping and great customer service
Super fast shipping. It arrived much earlier than we expected. My husband installed it himself and it works great. When we installed it, one of the panels was missing. Once we messaged the seller, they immediately called, and sent out a replacement panel. It took the panel longer to arrive but it arrived and my husband will be putting it on. The individual who called my husband apologized about the missing panel. He was very nice and provided A + customer service. The unit has been hooked up for a month and runs well.

Fast Shipping & Awesome A/C Unit
This was almost and exact replacement for the unit that died at my home. System literally up and running within hours of arrival. Wrecker moved old unit out and new unit into place and it was up and running not long after placement. Home dropped 10 degrees in 30 minutes. Hope I never have to but would buy again. Highly recommend this unit and seller.

changed out old tubes wired and she was ready to go ... so far all is good , came as stated Freon filled....2 men ,9 hours later we were up and running .

Nice and Cold
The unit was brand new and it works great. I was able to register my unit and was given a 10 year warranty like it stated on the website. I love that the unit arrived before the date that was originally stated. The delivery company was very polite and friendly.
