Brightness is not 9w, compared side by side with Phillips 9w.
It is definitely not 9w. When I used it and compared to a philipps 9w, this looked bad. I would say it is Max 3w in brightness.I put it in an old LED bulb shell it worked, was hot with in a min of glowing. It has aluminum back plate. May be you get what you pay for. I will use it for some time pass interior projects. Not sure with that much heat the solder is going to stay in place for long for the circuit. Will write back after overnight test. If it still is alive.
