I froze a bunch and it even freezes and thaws good as new, very fresh on arrival and more nutritious bread, great flavor of wraps, bagels and bread with LARGE sized wraps I cut in 2 or 3

The bread is great but can't find freshness date. The wrap and bagels just are not practical for me.
