So far so good
Bought it so that I can take my smartwatch to the gym also. Earlier had the metal strap which makes it difficult move back as needed for some exercises. Also this makes the overall watch lighter which is more comfortable during running etc. Felt the quality may not be that great ... so am worried if it will last more than 6 or 12 months.

Smaller wrists beware
It doesn't fit smaller wrists properly due to the very limited placement of their velcro pads, makes the minimum tightness too big.
