Had to work very hard to fix it on my FLHTC 2005

SO, I installed these on a 2003 Road King. The brake lever has a tab that is supposed to push against the plunger for the master cylinder. The problem I had is that tab was to large and to install it actually pushed in on the plunger just enough to apply pressure to the brakes. once the brake fluid heated up from friction and expanded because the lever was applying pressure to the plunger ever so slightly my brakes locked up.FIX: I had to file quite a bit of material off of that tab so that it didn't apply any pressure to the plunger until I applied pressure to the lever.ENSURE when you install this product that it is not applying any pressure to your master cylinder plunger. This issue could cause your brakes to lock up and bad things could happen.

These things made my front brakes lock down. Leading me to crash. There not made for a Harley Davidson. Finding out there’s a metal piece that stops returns of leer. I bought second pair. Machanic fix there mess up. Works now after another 30 bucks, pluse second set to replace. I should be compensated somehow
