Pros - The product is great. Looks beautiful and works great as well. I have two in my home. NO complains so far.Cons - not easy to understand how to install. but not impossible either. I did it on my own. at times they miss few smaller parts in the package. I had to return one of them for missing a small part but in absence of that the crystals cant be hung.Note - Looking at it in my home couple of my friends have bought more than 5 fans of same model and they don't have any complain so far.

I had purchased this ceiling fan for my kitchen since my last fan stopped working, but it is so beautiful, so elegant and I added crystals to it so now it's going in my dining room. It's way too beautiful for the kitchen. I'm glad my husband can hang lights as he's had to switch several. This ceiling fan meets all of our needs. The retractable blades are wonderful, the light is bright, and I especially like the fact that you can change from warm to cool lighting. This is my favorite!

The media could not be loaded.  This fandelier is GORGEOUS in person! We love it! The reason for 4 stars is because it was difficult to follow the instructions because the picture wasn’t very descriptive, we received the wrong fan’s instruction manual and the crystal balls seem to be bald in some areas. Only My husband and I can tell because we installed it. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the fan I just wish there were more crystal dangles to fill the gaps. (Could just be how we installed it) it’s definitely worth the price we paid for it! The reflection from the crystals leaves a sparkling prism on the walls and it’s very bright! I love the option to change the warmth of the led lights as well!

Installation instructions are not clear. No instructions on how to assemble the chandelier. Got a vide but it was in hyper speed in in Vietnamese. Had to mount wire box outside of fan base. Too big to fit inside. Bendable nails that attachch chandelier parts are fragile and will easily break. Extra nails and parts included. Overall i love it. Brightens up the whole room.

Its much nicer than I had expected! There are lots of pieces in the box. I paid to have someone put it together and install. Total for them was about 45 minutes. Im sure it would have taken me a week plus. I really like the look. There are 3 lighting levels which is perfect for my office setup. The fan is powerful and is able to cool off the entire room. I will buy another for my bedroom

THIS CEILING FAN IS BEING USED IN MY KITCHEN I HAD SOME ONE INSTALL IT FOR ME AS I WATCHED AND AFTER IT WAS PUT UP WE FOUND THAT THE FAN HAD SEVERAL DENTS AND A SCRATCH ON THE OUTSIDE OF FRAME OF THE MOTOR PLEASE CHECK BEFOR INSTALLING

This fan is not for a small room. The fan blades hang down like a flower at night. Must be tall ceilings. Was bought for a bedroom buy no one could get through the fan hung so low with the blades.

Loving the glam look it gives my bedroom. I am still learning how to dim the lights but the fan certainly works well. Classy look.
