Need carriage bolts for the pier on the lake to bolt it together to make it stronger. Shopped for these locally but they were so expensive. Then I found these and the pier is bolted tightly.

They are galvanized carriage bolts, not much else to say.

Threads appeared to have been cut with a dull die. I had to chase the threads with a die to get a nut to spin down on them. At first I thought it was the galvanizing that was too heavy, but closer examination showed that it was the steel thread that was ragged. About an hour's work made them useable.

Worked great

Pretty disappointed with this order. I order nuts bolts and two types of washers and was shorted on every single one. The bolts had only 44, I ordered 50. They are loose in a box so I could see one or two falling out by mistake but 6 missing is pretty ridiculous. 4 nuts missing, one regular washer missing and 4 of the locking washers were missing.

Just what I needed. Good quality and finish. Nuts thread on without any difficulty.
