Bought these for our daughter's 3rd birthday party. They are adorable. No cheap material either. They're more of a burlap texture. Overall a great deal. We'll use them on all our family birthdays. 2 for $10 is an absolute steal.

The flag screens are cute but the burlap color is a dark brown. The flags I received are not as pictured. The flags are pictured as white ground.
