Pee leaked through. I had a sheet over this “waterproof” layer over another sheet over a second of these “waterproof” layers. Pee leaked through TWO of these the very first time we used them.

DOES NOT PROTECT AGAINST FLUIDS AND LIQUID!Sorry for yelling, but I'm just as mad as myself for buying two of them, ignoring the negative reviews, as I am with the manufacturer. I was thinking that maybe the people that had given it negative reviews did not follow the washing and drying instructions and that it was user error. Definitely not the case in my situation. Follow the instructions to a 'T'.

This unfortunately has not stopped any liquid from leaking through to our mattress. My son sneaks in our bed occasionally at night and has had a handful of accidents and I now have a handful of stains on my mattress. I will unfortunately be getting rid of this one and purchasing a different product.

These work perfectly, even with larger amounts of liquid (i.e., urine). The liquid absolutely does NOT seep through and the mattress stays dry, night after night.Unless you don't launder the protector as directed.My daughter washed the mattress protector and put it in the dryer on high. The next night, all the wetness soaked right through.Also worth mentioning: this product is extremely absorbant and holds a lot of liquid. It becomes very heavy in the washing machine and occasionally causes the load to become unbalanced on the spin cycle. (I have an HE top load washing machine.)

When I read all of the reviews for this product I was very dubious due to the fact that almost all of them seemed to have received the product free in return for an "unbiased" review. This always makes me skeptical, but I thought I would give it a try since it was so inexpensive. I even kept the package for about a week just in case I wanted to return it. To my surprise, I did not even notice I was sleeping on a mattress pad. Some of them move around or sleep hot but not this one. We have a memory foam mattress that tends to sleep hot and this has definitely made a difference. Cannot beat it especially for the price.

Returning. I live in a warm climate and it retains the heat making it too hot to sleep. I was very disappointed in the product. When stating that it remains cool and breathable in the title of sale - that is extremely misleading. Now I'm inconvenienced with the return.

This mattress protector is all around great. It does everything it claims to do. I've had many other cheap feeling mattress protectors that take away from the comfort of my mattress. This one does not. It soft and great quality. The king size fits my king bed perfectly. In your typically mattress store they sell protectors like this for at least 5 times the price. I would 100% recommend this product.

Hot, uncomfortable, sweaty...this thing doesn't breathe. As a test, I used a bicycle pump to see if I could get air to pass through. I almost broke the pump. Maybe the fabric on top of the membrane was "breathable" but the protective layer... not a chance.I will say the description, photos and illustrations were very convincing. Too bad they were B.S.

It didn't last one night of wetting the bed for our child and the mattress underneath was soaked. It is NOT waterproof. We would not have bought it if we knew this. It doesn't even advertise water resistant, but specifically says waterproof which is very misleading since it's just a regular cotton-feel type fabric that doesn't protect the mattress underneath. Two times trying to clean urine from a mattress is two times too many when you're supposed to have a "waterproof" mattress protector on it...

If you have a bed wetter do not buy this product. My child wets the bed and every single time it goes completely through the protector. The mattress below is completely damp and wet now, ruined my child’s mattress.

I have to re-write my review.I truly loved this product at first but after using it for a couple of weeks I started to dislike it a bit.The protector makes my bed very hot.I was sweating so much overnight and I didn't know what it was until I took the protector off to test out if that is what it was.The protector has under the bamboo fabric some sort of plastic material which makes me very hot.Side note* we sleep with AC and wasn't enough to cool me down while using the protector.Unfortunately, I will be using the protector only during the winter.Other than that I think is good quality, soft, true to size.You can definitely see the mattress protector print through white sheets, it doesn't bother me at all but is good to keep that in mind.

This mattress protector is fairly thick, has an abundant skirt, and has elastic around the entire perimeter, not just at the corners. It easily stays where it should -not sliding off the bed. Doesn't interfere with quality sheets at all. Best thing - it's completely silent! I can roll around and it doesn't "snap-crackle" at all. Awesomeness!

When ordering this mattress protector, I did not expect it to be of such high quality as the price was quite low. Due to my surprise, it had significantly surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, looks, and softness; therefore, making it super comfortable to sleep on.My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE this product, and we definitely recommend it to everyone! In addition to five stars, we also give it a 4 thumbs up :).Update: my mother had also fell in love with this mattress cover; so much so that she had made me order her two this past week!! Amazing and great quality! I guarantee that not one person would be disappointed with this product.
