I am gym guy and want to get strength in my fingers and hand grip so I ordered this product. Previously I have strengthener with fixed weight resistance but this one has variable resistance from 10 to 60 Kg. I found this product is very helpful specially when I am at office or at home sitting idle. Each item in kit helped me to gain grip strength and huge impact when it comes to me going to the gym. Build quality is good look stylish although stress ball little sticky. I would highly recommend.

My 13 year old son wanted this to help him get his strength back after his cancer treatment. Seems fine for his needs. The ring doesn't seem to do much and the stretchy rubber one is tough, but overall it's a decent little set. The little storage pouch is handy too.

This kit is probably adequate and enables hand exercises but the components feel cheap and probably won’t last long. Made in China.

Excellent quality and has helped me with stretching my hands, ready to play guitar and helped with my trigger finger. The hand gripper is of good quality and adjustable as you get stronger. The other bits are all good too. Buy separate and could cost a fortune. Love these.
