I love my sweeper. The battery would no longer charge (it was OLD). Thought I would have to buy anotherone. While searching on Amazon I found the battery replacement. The service was very prompt andafter a charge I am up and running again!

Arrived right away and works perfectly.

I purchased this item as a replacement battery. It didn’t work more than two minutes after charging more than 8 hours each time, and now just after a month it stopped working.UDATE: Got an other replacement after my previous review. It holds charge up to 30 minutes and works as per expectations.

I purchased this battery charged sweeper many years ago to pick up things in the kitchen and when the battery quit, I thought I was done with it, but on Amazon they had the exact item I needed and it works great

Useful if you have another one charged up.

Been needing a back up battery, the original won’t hold a good charge anymore, this is great 👍

I bought this battery for my swivel sweeper. The battery looks good as the color matches the original which is a nice plus. It seems durable, easy to use, but the battery life does not quite match up to that of the original factory battery. The battery life still isn't too bad though but could be better. If I could go back and buy a different battery I might try one by a different brand.

英語でのレビューでも、かなり当たり外れが多い欠陥商品かという心配はあったが、まさにそうだった。まず充電してみたら、たった1時間で充電完了となり異常と疑われた。そして運転してみたら、たった15分くらいで電池を消耗し停止。これじゃ一部屋も掃除できません。レビューが言うように、なぜこんなに製品の出来不出来が極端なんでしょう。いったいどこの国で製造しているの？　お値段も類似品より随分高価なのに！

I have been using this stick vacuum for over two years so I was surprised and delighted that I did not have to buy a new one as the battery for this Ontel stick vacuum was available through Amazon.

J'ai passé ma commande le 16 décembre 2023. La batterie ne dure que 2 minutes. Je ne peux même pas nettoyer mon tapis d'entrée. Je dois la faire en 3 fois. Que dois-je faire pour me faire rembourser. Je crois que je vais plutôt changer ma bissel.
