24in Head circumference.I’ve used the Elite Sports Boxing Headgear for a few sessions now, and it’s been great. The protection is excellent, especially around the forehead and cheeks. I’ve taken some solid hits, and this headgear absorbs impact really well. It’s lightweight and comfortable, so I never feel restricted during sparring. The fit is secure without needing constant adjustments, and the visibility is much better than I expected. For the price, it’s a great value and definitely worth it if you’re serious about your training!

It has a decent amount of padding, the quality is pretty good. The design allows me to see in front of me but still limits my peripherals some tho. Overall it’s a good product for the price.
