LurEra Catfish Casting Rod 2 Pieces Portable 7’ Heavy Catfishing Rod

These rods have the Backbone to handle giant catfish! I have reeled in nearly 200lbs of fish on them so far. Very strong rods, I love the heavy action and I can cast super far with them. I like how they’re not too long so I am able to cast in tight areas. I would recommend using these for catfishing! Great price too!

I like the fishing rod. The tip on the one I bought broke off bottom fishing. They sent me a replacement, and were very pleasant to deal with.

Great rod for catfish or pier fishing here in Florida. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but put a heavy Zebco spincast reel on it. Holds 20 pnd test line. Flexible enough even to cast a light 1 oz weight but has the backbone for larger as needed. I like it. Will be taking it out for some night fishing in a couple days. Full moon time, high fishing days. So it should get a workout. Going for some Reds and hope to hook into a bull red or two. Got another of these poles coming today so will have a matched pair. Both with Zebco spincasters.

Rod is stout and has good backbone. I like the handle and butt, the trigger is a added bonus that’s not on some heavy stiff rods. Finish is a little odd but doesn’t affect the performance of this rod.

Love this rod. Has great action and does really well considering the price that it is. Pulled in several large cats with this rod and one night I had a good one and got snagged, tried to get it free and it snapped. Messaged the company and they responded immediately and sent me a new one with impressive speed. Super happy about this purchase and may get some more.

I have nothing but positive thoughts about this rod. It's carbon so it doesn't flex much, but very strong and durable. My son reeled in a few big catfish with this rod and I'm able to make very long casts with it. I'm completely satisfied with it, and I've hade a bunch of more expensive rods that were nowhere near as nice as this one. I recommend it if your looking for something heavy duty. I have it with an Okuma Classic reel and 30lb braid and seems to be paired up nicely.

Product arrive with one of the eyes damaged. I see no flex in this rod so the probability of breaking is high. We’ll have to see what happens when a large fish is on but I am expecting the other rod that I did not return to most likely break.
