I wore these for a week and still wasn't sold. They're really not comfortable on bare skin and those of us in the south definitely have bare legs in the summer. Then I thought to turn them "inside out", keeping the velcro on top, away from my skin. Worked like a charm!

If there is no patent on the Bala Design, then others can come out and compete in a market that is normally using sand for wrist weights. I did buy the Bala Brand and returned. I waited months to see if I would try again. The velcro was awful and the weights did not move freely around wrist bone etc. to be comfortable for walking. These definitely do the trick! Velcro is much stronger and well made. Once the triple digit heat is over, these are my permanent go to without breaking the bank.

These would be nice if they stayed in place. They kind of hang on my ankles and huts my ankle bone and a little on the top of foot. Like I might tuse them more this winter since I will be wearing more sweatpants - the this sweatpant material or thick long socks help as a buffer.

Love these. Easy to put on and stylish enough I could wear them as jewelry.

Initially, I was excited by the fact that the individual pieces can be removed making the total weight of them adjustable. However, these are not easy to put on and get snug with one hand. I tried to work past that but also found them to slide around on the wrist. I returned the product.

Really liked these and wanted to keep them but I need 2lb weights so they were just too light.

These aren’t small enough and I’m returning them.

Definitely a great dupe for Bala bangles.
