This journal has lots of space for everything you need to record about weight loss! It is a daily journal much better than the weekly petite journal which doesn't have enough space. I love it. It was a great price too, better than the Erin Condren website.

my favorite health journal
Target carried this last year, and I used it. I love it and got another one. This year, Target didn't carry it, so I went to the Erin Condren store on Amazon. I like this updated version even better because it has some tab dividers. This is good for someone who wants to just jot things down (like meals) rather than logging every detailed info. I especially like that it has a self-care box for every day!
