Image Dynamics ID69 100W RMS 6x9" ID Series Full Range Coaxial System with 1" (25mm) Silk Tweeter - Pair

bought 4 of these for my 17' Ram and blew one of the tweeters almost imediatly, keep in mind these say they are rated at 100W RMS. All i did was unplug my factory Alpine 6x9s and plug these in, with in minutes of trying to tune them in a tweeter popped. I've replaced them with Infinity Kappas and wow what a difference. I'm buying a second set for my back doors and another set of 6.5s for my Harley Street glide. I imagine these Image dynamics would probably sound decent in an older car with a 75-100w (and no more) per chanel amp and an aftermarket head unit. My truck and amp set up did not like these.
