Does not come with the necessary gaskets
I have bought replacement UV lights for my water system for well over a decade. This is the first time it did not come with the grommets/gaskets that are used to seal it in the system.

Bulb failed as soon as power was applied
The bulb failed as soon as power was applied - sort of a "popping" noise. The brand new, but failed bulb was replaced with an OEM bulb by Viqua. Though the Viqua bulb was twice as expensive, it worked fine. Note the Viqua bulb is made in the USA while the failed bulb was manufactured in China. The supplier did allow a return for the failed bulb which was very good news.

It was either made just a little off. Or I was off on the model. I didn't want to force it and possibly ruin my equipment.
