It was the best gift that I got so beautiful

This was an awesome find that looked beautiful when it arrived! Pay attention to the size. It was smaller than I expected, but that was my fault for not reading the size….still beautiful!

Pretty mother’s pendent with delicate chain. I gave this to my elderly mother for Christmas. She has five children. She liked it very much. The clasp at her age is difficult to put on by herself so she added magnetic closures which are available to add to any necklace. The color in the pendant is different than the one shown. The one received had more purple or lavender showing than blue topaz.

I bought three of these (the one with the mom and two children) as a way to connect my brother and I to our mother.My mom was killed when I was 8, and it sucked growing up without her. Unfortunately, our family chose to have her buried approx. 2 states away (which makes it hard for us to visit regularly). Long story short, we don't have very many mementos left from her (our stepmother donated most of her stuff behind our backs). My brother and I have been to counselling, but one of our biggest hurdles is not feeling like we have a way to connect with our mom anymore (lack of pictures/videos/etc).This summer, I visited her grave for my birthday. I asked my brother to write our mom a letter (and I did the same). While I visited, I placed our letters inside the box with her necklace and buried it. It might seem weird to some, but it's made a huge impact on our lives. When we miss her, we pull out our necklaces and think of her.Note: One of the necklaces did come in damaged, but amazon was quick to ship another one out. Unfortunately, I was dealing with another serious family situation at the time (it's been a rough year) and missed the deadline to send it back in, so I was charge for four. Even with that being said though, I still love these and cherish mine on a regular basis.

I thought it was nice. It was a little difficult to see the kid next to the mom but when you look very closely you can visualize it. The price was right so I can't complain much about that part. My wife thought it was very cute and appreciated the gesture.
