Great little kit with the badger hair brush. The plastic is light weight and looks ok on sink.

I used some double stick tape and a short wood screw, inverted the holder upside down to its usual orientation, so that the bowl is on top of what was the bottom base (I sandpapered the bottom of the bowl and the space where it sits to achieve a bit more friction). I used a lighter to very slightly heat without burning the joint where the brush and razor go so it gave an ever so sllight angle tilted up, maybe 5% so it wont slip out forward. Now I don't have to try to take the bowl and brush simultaneously and end up drop them in the sink accidentally every morning when I still have a groggy morning brain. It also frees up sink area space if that is an issue. Also I had to use some strong epoxy to re-glue the brush end into the holder as it just came loose on the first day of use. Just left the epoxy to cure sitting on its flat end now it won't budge. When the day comes that the soap runs low I will replace it by crumbling up a bar of ivory bar soap, adding about an ounce of water and whisking it all into a lather and letting it settle into a rounded puck. Cost will be a few pennies vs whatever these fancy dan soap companies want for virtually the same thing.

Not the best I have ever had but then again the price was probably right for the product. I am tossing the plastic piece. It does not hold very well. The spot to put your razor interferes where the bowl is supposed to go. I will make one out of wood and make a proper bowl holder. The brush was all I really wanted anyway but the novelty of a holder brought me to this one. Definitely looks better in the advertisement photo than the actual item you receive. Like going to a fast food restaurant and getting excited at what is on the menu board compared to what comes wrapped in the foil.

Great things do come in small packages. My wife pretty much had all the property in the bathroom. But this little shaving set takes up no space at all. The only issue is the slot for the razor. My large Gillette razor doesn't quite fit. So i just had to adjust the soap dish slightly forward problem solved.

I like this set. I just needed something simple and basic and that's just what I got. Not the greatest materials but far from a terrible product. You get exactly what you payed for

There's not a lot to like with this set. The handle, soap bowl, and stand are cheap plastic. The brush loses numerous bristles on every use. The soap that is included does not foam very well.I purposely bought an inexpensive set because I wasn't sure I was going to want to use a brush. After using this, I do like it and will probably buy a better set, so for that reason I gave it a second star. Overall though, this is a get-what-you-pay-for situation.

It’s a good stand if your not looking for anything special. You have to kinda watch what soap you get cause some won’t fit in the bowl.

A good cheap razor stand. It mounted easily to the shower wall with command strips. The brush is of decent quality, holds the razor securely, and the soap lathers well.
