Originally purchased to tint a couple of west facing windows and ended up tinting ALL of our windows with this product. It’s slightly reflective, but not obnoxiously so. Provides a lot of privacy and really keeps the house cooler! I recommend watching some good YouTube instructional videos and using good tools because it is a PITA but well worth the time money and effort! Highly recommend

The window screen is fantastic once you get it installed. Excellent privacy and heat reduction.Installation is difficult. I did it by myself with a $5 squeegee and a $7 car tint kit that had a hard card and a utility knife. Installation would have been impossible without these tools.Highly recommend installing this with a second person, as the film is unwieldy. Highly recommend turning off all fans, as if any dust or dog hair catches onto the screen, you will not be able to get it off. Buy a little extra film, and practice on a small window or area before applying. Watch a few Youtube videos for pointers, and use excessive amounts of water.

This product seems to do a good job of keeping heat out. I live in Arizona and my room gets very hot in the summer so I put this on my windows and definitely noticed a difference. It is a bit cooler in my room and I know it’s keeping heat out because the windows are less hot to the touch. Only downside is it tends to stick and cling to itself and putting it up while trying to avoid bubbles was a challenge.

This is absolutely a worthwhile investment.I have a window in a small landing at the top of my stairs that traps heat. It's the hottest place in the home as light hits that window all day. I have a bedroom there as well so that that window heats up the entire bedroom even when the door is closed.After researching alot of options I chose this to try. It was easy to put up. I will link as long as you have a good squeegee.From the moment I put it up, the amount of sun steeming in dropped and so did the heat.Some reviews said that condensation would form on the inside of the window causing the seal to fail. I did mot experience any condensation, most likely because the had failed along time ago.This worked like a charm and will beInstallation tip - use an exacto or a box cutter ith a new blade as the film is durable but can tear if the balde is not sharp.Use a quality squeegee. I got the 5" green one by Brand OMNANGO. The edge is fine so I could get the film into small areas.If you can put protector on your cell phone, you can do this.I will be putting it on other key windows in the future.

This is very difficult to work with if you are doing a large window or patio door. Once you finally are able to remove the backer paper, spray the film and spray the window, anything floating in the air is going to get stuck to the window side of the film. AND cutting it to fit is extremely difficult. If you lay it on the floor, static cling will draw hair and dust onto the film. The backer paper should have some sort of grid lines for ease of measuring and cutting. This stuff doesn't. Once the film was finally up on the window, squeegeeing the excess water was simple enough, but you could still see the particles between glass and film. When the film was in place, any additional cutting for fit was almost impossible to do, even with a brand new blade. The film is thicker than others I've used. I used a metal straight edge and when cutting the film along the trim line, the above photos are the results. I have used window film on a few windows in my house and this was the most diffcult to work with. I give the product 3 stars because I think the blocking of UV rays is pretty good, but getting it on the windows is what lowers the raiting.

I suffer with migraines, so we purchased this tiny to darken our bedroom for the really bad days. We noticed how much cooler it made the room during the 100+ degree summer temps here, so we bought more and did all of the other bedrooms. It looks great and it was easy to install! This tint provided dual functionality!

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I bought another roll and while I was putting it on I realized I should be applying this from the outside. So basically anyone can still see inside my room but I cannot see outside when it should be the opposite based off the product description. Now I’m not too worried about that part, but will this product truly work if it’s not being on the right way? I gave it two stars. I’m disappointed of what is being advertised vs the actual installment process and outcome. I feel like I’d need to install another wrap from the outside to truly get the effect I am going for. I hope it works in the heart and lessons the sun exposure as that’s what I originally bought it for. But if it’s not on correctly, I don’t know how well it will work.ORIGINAL: The install was extremely easy it did take two people but I really liked how seamless it went on. I am quite disappointed that I paid $30 and it covered one window. I have to buy another roll to cover the other window and the amount that’s left over is a really awkward amount that was only going to cover six of the eight squares on my window. so definitely measure your windows to make sure that you measure your windows to make sure you are purchasing the correct amount.

I bought this for the glass in the middle of my front door and I am very pleased. It was easy to apply eventhough I noticed a few small bubbles in the corner of the glass however, the next day I was surprised to see it disappeared. Upset I didn't take pics. Will definitely recommend and I will buy again. Thank you!

You can clearly see the side where I’ve put the reflective film and where I haven’t. It works great. Very easy application. You do need your own squeegee and water spray bottle so keep that in mind.

The glue is on the other side. The guide shows that it can be installed from inside the window but it only can be installed from outside. I took this to install it on my bedroom windows. But I can’t now unless I go 10 floors up from ground to stick it to my bedroom window from outside. Useless now!
