Customer service was very good. My original order didn’t work but they were straight on to me and replaced the timer free of charge. The timer I have now works great.

Simple easy to use. Beep is 3 or 30 seconds. Loud or quiet. I would have prefered a slightly long than 3 seconds, but if you are near it, then 3 seconds enough (the red disappearing tells you its time anyway). The clock face appeared warped, as though not stuck down correctly. Works well, and is simple to use. Battery powered.

Everything is as stated other than the noise! Not suitable for anyone with sensory difficulties that might be set off by loud and annoying ticking

This visual timer works very well and comes with included batteries. The display is cluttered - but fine to read. The red visual timer is easy to read and works well.There is a faint tick every second in use buts its much fainter than standard kitchen timers.Body is plastick but robust enough. Doesn't feel worth £14 more like £7The alarm is loud and there are two sound level options and 2 durations (3 and 60 seconds). To change options you have to remove battery coverAs there is no mute function for the alarm I shall be returning this. It would be good for management of time blindness in adhd but I need a silent alarm in case I use this around others

As others have said, it’s simple to operate, seems accurate enough, there’s a choice of length and volume of the alarm, and while it does tick, it’s quiet and not unpleasant when audible. And the design is fine. But…The execution of that design is cheap and awful. The paper the face is printed on is badly put in, it’s unnecessarily cluttered with the manufacturer’s name and “60 Min” printed and circled on it when *the entire dial* tells you how many minutes - that’s what it’s for. There’s a double ridge track on the base of the unit, but only as far back as the battery compartment, meaning that the unit is unstable on a flat surface, rocking backwards and forwards, and wobbling and sliding backwards if the surface is even slightly inclined. So I’ll need to stick rubber feet to the bottom of it.I wasn’t expecting Swiss craftsmanship for £15, but to be honest, if this were in the local shop I’d expect it to have a £5 price ticket on it.
