In the early 90s Annie and Giles Henschel embarked on a year-long adventure that would be the inspiration for Olives Et Al.  Travelling on motorbikes through the Mediterranean, the Middle East and North Africa, falling in love with the food they ate along the way, they had only room on their bikes to gather recipes rather than souvenirs, hoping to recapture the essence of their experiences by recreating at home the foods they had enjoyed. They launched Olives Et Al in 1993 to satisfy their own culinary cravings and to share quality olives with a wider audience, and began to produce Marinated Olives using some of their souvenir recipes.  Over time, the range of products has grown and now includes, Oils and Balsamics, Speciality Olives, Sauces, Snacks, Kiln Roasted Nuts and Dressings and Marinades. Still sourcing all the basic ingredients personally, their aim is to produce food which tastes and looks just the way it should without using artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives. Green olives marinated in Lemon infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with Coriander and Garlic.
