helps with a since of security
This works well and easy to use on my 5th wheel hitch. It help deter someone from trying to steel my 5th wheel RV.I do recommend you replace the pad lock that comes with this devise with a heavier duty pad lock.

Needs better lock
It works well the only down side and why 3 stars is the cheap small shank lock it comes with bought a master lock with a thicker shank works perfectly now

Don't lose the key after you have secured the lock!
I've used these for many years with not one problem with the sleeve. The only problem you might have is if the lock goes bad....Which I have never had happen. Or like stated above, you lose the key after locking. :-((
