What I liked the most about this air fryer combo is that it fit in my available counter space. It looks nice, and heats up very quickly because it has more watts than most it's size. What I don't like is the mechanical temperature and timer controls, because they are imprecise. I've burnt several things because it cooks almost too fast. I would have preferred digital controls, but couldn't find that plus the higher wattage and compact size at an affordable price. It's nice because it can toast, bake, etc. to take the place of our previous toaster oven. It will hold a 12-13" pizza. All in all we like it, we just have to learn how to adapt oven times.

As for the product itself I believe it's worth the money and has provided me with quite a few great meals. I have a gas range/oven and just recently stop purchasing gas for the outside tank considering the only appliance that uses gas was the stove and as of now gas is pretty expensive for myself a disabled veteran on a small fixed income and because I'm single and live alone the normal range/oven was not needed. I decided to take a chance on a air fryer,but didn't want to spend a fortune so decided on the beelicious one as it had when I purchased it a $30.00 off coupon. All that said I have no problem with the unit however I may a major problem with either Amazon,warehouses, UPS,or the responsible parties involved in shipping. This unit came with a large very noticeable dent on the top of it. That in itself is issue enough, but it's not the first time a Amazon item came to my house damaged. In fact it's the 5th item that arrived in less than optimal condition. If this has occurred to me this many times then it's obviously not a one off,"bad luck me" thing. I would imagine tons of loyal customers are constantly receiving that they have to return. As for myself, the reason I did not return the item for another is because i didn't believe it was worth the hassle of going through the motions only to receive the inevitable damaged new one. I just took it upon myself to take a screw driver and remove the top of the unit and use a small cushioned mallet and lightly pound it back to shape.. something I would rather not have to do on a brand new purchase and yes I understand it was not necessary since Amazon has a pretty good return policy. Message to take away is somewhere between the warehouse or starting point tons of products are badly damaged in shipping. I would not presume to advise how to remedy the problem, only that it's my sincere hopes that someone takes up the challenge to improve if not completely fix this huge customer service issue. Anyone customers reading this that has had my experience, please do what I did and bite the bullet and type up a complaint as much as I hate writing reviews. Thanks for reading.

We've had it for over a week and still haven't figured out toast. Going to try to airfry a turkey breast roast today. We'll see.

This multi purpose air fryer/toaster/air fryer was primarily purchased to do air frying. With the built in light, it allows you to see how the food is cooking which makes it easier to adjust the time it takes to cook. With a warranty of a total of 15 months that you get when you register it, the company provided a complete refund even after the initial 30 day period had elapsed. The warranty provides 100 percent satisfaction. The crumb tray appeared to be burned when toasting on dark and was giving off a funny smell so when I asked them to remedy the situation, a complete refund was given. Excellent customer service!!

Thank you so much.The oven died after 3 months. I contacted the company a few days ago. This has been the first time I complained a product that failed. I really did not want to contact them. I thought I could live with it because only the air fryer mode failed, starting in Feb. It was fine and not a big deal since other modes were still working fine. But then just a couple days ago, the oven stopped working altogether except the toast mode and the light. I loved the oven. It was hot enough to bake artisan bread and pizza the way that I like them. So, it left me no choice but contacted the company.To my surprise, the support has gone above and beyond in a speedy fashion. I really did not expect they would resolve it by sending me a new oven in just a few days. I really hate doing this because I feel bad for them to send me a new oven. It would be a cost for them and a company has to make money. But they were nice enough and lived up to the warranty. If failed again, I would not complain and contact them since they had replaced it already.I have had a counter-top oven and it lasted more than 10 years and still going. Today these air fryers are not made to last. Maybe the high temperatures cause malfunction.Anyway, I am glad that I can bake my favorite food in this oven again and it is a well-built oven.----------------------Received the oven for few days and yesterday I tried to bake my homemade bread dough. With 390F on baking mode, I saw smoke coming out from the oven. I immediately opened the oven door and I saw the flour on the baking pan was charred in black. In a hurry, I grabbed a mitten so I could take the baking pan out of the oven because it had so much smoke. Since the baking pan was very hot, it literally melted the fabric of the mitten. So now the melted fabric stuck on the baking pan and rack. I immediately washed it by scraping. But it won't come off. Maybe I can buy another baking pan but I don't think I could be able to find another oven rack to replace this one. I am just afraid of the fabric is made of plastic. If I use the rack, I will create a plastic black poison smoke in the house. I don't know what to do. I don't want to return it because I used it. If the seller sees this, please send me the oven rack and maybe the baking pan. I would appreciate it.

I downsized into a smaller kitchen and wanted something versatile-- no regrets in purchasing the Beelicious air toaster oven. I've made baklava, salmon, tilapia, cookies, baked veggies... everything is so simple and easy. I was worried about not having a traditional oven but I am sold :)
