Survived the Desert Heat after new A/C installation
I had my shadetree mechanic replace an a/c compressor on a 2013 Ford Escape after I 'bottomed out' on a mountain trail in Idaho, snapping the limit switch/sensor off the compressor body. It's only supplied installed on a new compressor, which did not come prelubricated. This product accomplished the job and I immediately took the vehicle on a road trip across California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona, completing the loop back to California through Nevada. There was a good deal of hot weather along the route. The unit worked well and is still providing good service. I'd recommend this product to anyone who needs to lubricate an a/c unit.

Keep it around for your AC recharging
I dont do a whole lot of AC work, so this 8 oz bottle should last a while. This is the middle weight of AC oil viscosity, which comes in 46, 100, and 150. I would recommend getting an in line oiler for this oil to inject thru the charging manifold. Good oil here, no complaints.
