I don't rate very many products, but given that we use these just about every day, I figured I should probably share my good experience. We bought some PVC goals about 2 years ago. They worked pretty well for awhile, but as time wore on they disintegrated. So for my son's 5th birthday we got this set of 2 PUGG goals. We've had them for a few months now, and they are working great. To make these last longer I wanted to be able to take them down after each use and put them away so the sun didn't destroy them. Just about every day my boys want to go out back and play soccer. It has not been a big hassle to put these away, and they are holding up great so far. I don't see a single sign of wear and tear so far. I have been very pleased. There are many pros to list, so I will be brief. 1) Good durability 2) Ease of setup 3) Features to stake the goal down are integrated and work well 4) The size of these is perfect when you have a kid (my oldest is 7) that wants to play goalie 5) The bag is easy to carry around and putting the goals in it can be done very quickly (although you do have to do both at once, one at a time will get the corner of the second one tangled in the net of the first) 6) Price - I did a fair amount of comparison shopping and being able to get these for $80 bucks was a great deal. Most of the time you have to buy these one at a time, and those will run $50-75. Getting a pair for $80 was great. And since the quality of these is so good, I don't expect needing to buy another goal for 10+ years. The one and only con I would give them is that the method to fold them back up might be an issue for someone more petite. I'm 6'5" and 200 pounds and it has taken a little practice to be able to twist these up and fold them back into a storable position. I could see someone with a smaller wingspan than I having trouble. Getting the 4 foot goals would probably be much easier. Also one adult and a 7-8 year old could probably tag team it really easily. The problem is that you have to grab one side and pull it, then with your other hand grab and twist the corner of the frame on the other side. Creating kind of a twisting scissor effect with your arms. Not even a big enough problem to knock it down a star, but worth mentioning to an online buyer.

Easy to use, sturdy, good price
I like this because you get two in a pack and it comes with a carry case. When in the case they take up a passenger seat in the car Or could fit in a full size trunk. Comes with the stakes to keep it in the ground. Has Velcro strap on it to keep it folded. Medium wind isn’t an issue if you use the stakes. If the wind is really bad it will push the top of the goal down some, but that’s when it is very windy. You’ll need something to hammer the stakes down. I have used a liter Nalgene water bottle, but got a small tack hammer and put it in the carrying case with them.Only con is I wish they offered a little bit bigger size in the same sturdiness. I’ve gotten 4ft size ones like this kind but a different brand and they didn’t stay standing up.For the price, this is the best deal and the best quality you can find.

Love these goals Pugg is the BEST
Can’t beat the Pugg quality. I purchased the 6 foot version and I am glad I did. These goals are perfect for my U8 team practice. I also use these at home for my 7 and 9 year old to do drills and play small 2 on 2 games with the neighbors. A little difficult to fold at first, but I am starting to get the hang of the counter clockwise fold. I’ve seen a lot of coaches who get a different brand to save money and they regret it. Glad I didn’t make the same mistake.

Fun and easy to store!
I went back and forth between the 4 foot and 6 foot goals. My kids are 7, so I finally decided on 6 foot and I’m glad I did. They are not huge opened up or folded away. They seem really sturdy for just a back yard game or practicing. The kids can easily unfold them by themselves but it takes me a minute to remember the direction to twist to fold them up (it’s still really easy, just takes a moment of concentration) I haven’t compared these with less expensive ones but I think quality is probably worth the price.

Didn’t last long
We only used these nets for one winter (we live in AZ so winter is our outdoor time). We bought them last Christmas for a present for my son. They were great while they lasted but we just pulled them out from being stored in the garage all summer and one of the nets was bent and broken! It wasn’t that way when we packed it up and I’m pretty sure we did it the right way. We stored them in the carrying bag they came with. I’m so sad we only got one season out of them! That’s too much money for one season. I’m super disappointed and so our my kids.
