Speedball Water-Soluble Block Printing Ink, 2.5-Ounce Tube, Silver

I bought this along with Red and White thinking it would stay on plastic (3d filament). It does not. After a day of drying I tried wiping a little off with water and it all came off. So now I know this will NOT work for 3d printed projects. What a waste of money!

Although I haven't used all of the colors of ink, the consistency seems to be as I remembered it from about 20 years ago. Relatively easy to spread with a soft brayer and covers well.

Ordered the Dark Yellow and it came in clearly separated in the tube and partially dried up - it didn't make a clean print. Tried an old ink of the same color and it was fine. Put in for a return/exchange and got a second one that did the exact same thing. What a waste!

I do a linoleum print every year for our Christmas card; this year it needed to be a gold color. Viola! This worked perfectly.

Finally broke open this tube and decided to do some printing experiments with this very "neon" color. and WOW. ink seems slightly thicker and tackier than other colors and it made a really REALLY cool print on turquoise paper. BUT.... after it dried I noticed I could rub the ink off the paper with a small amount of pressure. Not even a fingernail just using my finger. Just like powder. BUMMED OUT. So I went and bought some Krylon fixative and sprayed it. Took a couple of coats, and I HATE the toxicity of the fumes, but I love my final product. Will keep working with this and see if I can figure out more about it because I LOVE the color.

The ink is great and exactly what I was looking for. I use it to print in my small business and love the finished product. I did receive the white by mistake but once I reached out they quickly sent the correct color. No hassle at all! Great service and response!

I use it for handprints. It has just the right amount of stickiness and gives a good clear hand print.

The second and third graders used this for a print making project and it came off of desks and hands afterwards. It was thick enough to roll onto rollers and worked well.
