K'NEXK-Force - Flash Fire Motorized Blaster Building Set - 288 Pieces - For Ages 8+ Engineering Education Toy

I bought this for my little brother for Christmas. I was reading all of the other reviews and they made it seem like this gun would be too difficult to build and that it is really tricky. Either you're buying this for a youngin or your just bad at building things because my brother came downstairs in less than two hours showing off the gun all attached and ready to shoot.It looks really cool too. But the big issue I have with it is, that it advertises that there are two ways to customize it's orientation. But the instructions only showcase one way on how to do it. Pretty disappointing. But on the plus side, the gun thus far has held up under a month of constant usage without too many jams. And the best part is, the gun is pretty damn accurate! Obviously not from too far away, but I think K'NeX is kicking Nerf's butt in accuracy.Very solid product worth the price. Be sure to buy some additional K'NEX darts to go along with it.

I purchased this for my 10 year old's birthday. He likes building with K'nex and Legos and fiddling with STEM projects. He also LOVES Nerf guns. This might have been his favorite gift. He was floored! He wanted to put it together that day and it took him around and hour or two from start to finish. It shoots well and has a pretty good range. He has also been having regular Nerf wars with it for the past month and it is still holding strong. Definitely worth it and we will for sure be purchasing more sets in the future!

This is a fun piece for a K’nex lover. It is a little challenging to assemble for my 10 year old, but he loves it. It works well, but you do have to treat it carefully so it doesn’t fall apart. The bullet/trigger is a little finicky at times. Nerf bullets can be used interchangeably.

Super awesome gift for kids who like to put stuff together. I got this for my 8 year olds birthday and he is very mathematical, he does good in math and building legos and constructing things, I thought this would be good. Not only does he love it but it kept him occupied with minimal help but was enough of a challenge for him either way. It took him 2 days to do when he had free time and then him and his dad his sister and I all went outside and it shoots far down my driveway it works great. Now he is taking time to try the mods and I will definitely be getting him more of these in the future.

This was a really neat product. It is sturdy once put together which was surprising. My child also is so proud of himself that he built it from alternative plans on the Knex site. There are around 6 ish variations on the online site. The gun fires pretty far which is important. It is good overall. I would definitely buy this again as a gift for some other child. Note, that when firing the darts, you do have to both pull the mehanism to fire the dart and push the mechanism back into place to reset. This is not inconvienient and doesn't detract from the fun, it just confused my son for a few minutes till he figured it out.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He's really enjoyed it. He loves to build things, so this was right up his alley. There are a lot of pieces so it might help in the future to have something that we can use to contain all of the pieces. (That's on us, not the manufacturer.) It makes a great gift, though!

I bought it for my eight year old. It's a really interesting toy, and it's really difficult for someone who doesn't know it. For children, toys are the best way to teach children. Except that it's a little bit difficult at the beginning, it's generally good.It's a toy worth buying.

My 8 yrs old son is a good lego builder but needed help putting this together. It was a bit challenging for me. Instructions not as clear as Legos. Once it was together he had lots of fun playing with it. Have played with it for 4 weeks and it's held together nicely after some rough play. This gun can also use the nerf darts as well as Little Valentine off brand nerf darts. Would buy again.

My nephew love it, he had a lot of fun with it.

Wir haben die K-Force für unseren 10 jährigen Sohn zu Weihnachten geordert.Grundsätzlich ist das Teil super.Auch die Möglichkeit noch andere Varianten mit dem Set bauen zu können ist wirklich prima.Hierzu kann man sich einfach eine weitere Bauanleitung von der Herstellerseite herunterladen.Zum Negativen:Die Pfeile sind nicht auf die "Belastungen" im Gebrauch ausgelegt. Die Pfeilspitzen lösen sich vom Pfeilkörper nach wenigen Schüssen und sind nachfolgend unbrauchbar.Gut, dass der Verkäufer auf Nachfrage reagiert und einen Link zum europäischen Zentrallieferanten zur Verfügung stellt.Hier kann man ein halbes Jahr nach dem Kauf, fehlende oder gebrochene Teile KOSTENLOS nachordern.Wir haben also 10 neue Pfeile bestellt im Glauben an wohlmöglich mangelhafte Verklebung der Pfeile aus dem original Set.Leider verhalten sich die neuen Pfeile identisch und lösen sich ebenfalls nach wenigen Schüssen.Weil unser Sohn nun langsam recht verdrieslich wurde, haben wir recht kostspieligen 2-Komponenten-Kleber für dauerelastische Verbindungen gekauft und 10 Pfeile selbst geklebt.Selbst die so reparierten Pfeile ereilt dasselbe Schicksal.Der Kontakt zum europäischen Ansprechpartner verspricht eine Rückfrage zum Hersteller in den USA.Diese bleibt jedoch bisher aus.Wenn ich dazu eine Rückmeldung habe, will ich diese gerne hier ergänzen.Als die reparierten Pfeile zunächst noch funktionierten, brach dann ein Teil der Konstruktion für den Abzug.Somit kann das Spielzeug nun gänzlich nicht mehr genutzt werden.Also zum Fazit:Das Spielzeug ist toll gedacht nur leider nicht gut umgesetzt und erzeugt mehr Frust als Spielfreude.Schade.
