waste of money small and not comfy for your hamster

It’s a very soft material but it is a bit large for my hamster.... She is going to grow a bit more and I think I’ll try to put some of her bedding in so it’s not so deep. But I wish they had an extra small size. If you have a regular hamster keep in mind it may be a bit big. Still a good buy.

My hedgehog Pixie LOVES this thing. I can’t get her out of it. Figuring out the strap assembly wasn’t easy because there are no instructions. Just use the photos and you can sort it out. I can see that this pouch would not be good for chewing babies … but hedgehogs don’t chew. It’s perfect for them and the price is spot on.

The media could not be loaded.  Cheaply made foam & felt like material with rubber coated mesh window.Strap is EXTREMELY hard to put on.It is not water/pee proof😂, or escape proof. So I don't suggest 'wearing ' it all .Poor craftsmanship can cause serious injuries to a hedgehog (loose strings on the inside)I will be looking for something else more suitable for her

So my daughter loves this to carry her hamster in the only thing is the inside is cloth I had expected it to have a liner that could be wiped down and it just all fleeceSo when they do go to the bathroom it has to go into the wash

Great except it came with the handle not attached and the rings are hard not to bend putting on

The strap is not like the one pictured and does not hook onto the bag in such a way you can wear it. Its more like a leash shape and only has one clip. So the item in the picture looks like a better quality product than the one I received. Also, the hooks on the bag itself wont last long either, the bag might, but you wont have a way to carry it other than holding it. Update... contacted customer service and they gave me a refund and were super nice and helpful. Thanks!

My hedgie loves his little carrier! It is made out of some sort of soft foam that he falls asleep in quickly and seems content. Carrying him in it doesn't squish him and the little window provides plenty of air circulation. The quality of the product is poor. It has held up well so far but it looks like I could have made it just sewing pieces of fabric and zippers together.

Ordered this for my new family member - thinking it was going to be great to carry her around in. I was mistaken. Firstly, the item shows it was supposed to be lined - and it very obviously wasn't. False advertising - when it says it's supposed to be lined, and it shows that in all the pictures. It's not safe for the pet if it's not lined, 'cause they'll chew on the threads and ingest them. Not good.Secondly, there were no clips that were included to attach the straps to the actual pouch - kinda defeat the purpose of a pouch... with straps....I contacted customer service and asked if they would send the clips. They asked for a picture of the item, so I sent it - and said I would like them to send me the clips so that I can actually use the product - or to send me a replacement and I will send this one back. THey told me to purchase a new one, and they would give me a 25% refund. I think not. How in the world is that good buiness? For them, maybe - they don't want to be out a sale - but I'm not going to purchase a new one from them (or another company as they also suggested) to have 25% of my purchase from my original purchase refunded when I can't use the product. Unbelievable.

It arrived on time, but the wrong colour. For a young girl for whom colour is very important, this is a big disappointment. We have already purchased the pet that this product was for, so to return it is really inconvenient.Kept the original one because we needed it, and ordered a second one in the right colour. Second one arrived, but wrong size. Sending back. Will be looking for other options if we want something like this again.

Beyond upset with this product, since I was very excited to carry around my hedgehog in it. Ordered it in the color "white mesh - pink", but instead received "black mesh - green". Severely disappointed by this, as green is my most hated color. In addition, the product smells like smoke. Will not be able to use it until the smell goes away with time since I don't want to irritate my hedgehog's nose. On the plus side, the material is quite soft and I do not see my hedgehog's claws getting caught on anything. However, I already do not see myself using this product just purely based on the wrong color.
